Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the order confirmation.
Customers must contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods if there is any issue with the order.
Return requests should include the order information, product photos or videos, and a clear description of the problem.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Customized products
OEM products
Products with custom logo or custom packaging
Used or damaged products caused by improper use
Bulk orders that were produced according to confirmed requirements
Refunds
If a return or refund request is approved, we will provide a suitable solution depending on the situation. This may include replacement, partial refund, full refund, or other agreed solutions.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment. For customized, OEM, or bulk orders, cancellation may not be available after production has started.
Shipping Cost for Returns
Return shipping cost depends on the reason for the return. If the product issue is caused by Honghui, we will help provide a reasonable solution. If the return is caused by customer reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Wholesale and Custom Orders
For wholesale orders, custom logo orders, OEM orders, and mixed product orders, please confirm all details before placing the order, including product model, quantity, logo, packaging, shipping method, and destination country.
